This Privacy Policy explains how Simple Safe Technologies LLC, doing business as Infinity Smart Living ("Infinity," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information through infinitysmartliving.com (the "Site") and in the course of providing our services. It applies to the Site and to information you give us when you request a consultation or place an order.
1. Who we are
Infinity designs custom Amazon Alexa smart home plans for homeowners in South Florida. We sell smart home packages, collect payment for them, and put a licensed local electrician under contract for the regulated electrical work on each project. This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and in the course of providing those services.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, home address or service location, details about your home, and anything you include in a form, call, or message.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Advertising and measurement data: identifiers and event data collected through advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta pixel and Google tools, used to measure and improve our campaigns.
3. How we use information
We use information to: respond to your consultation request and prepare your custom floor plan; price, sell, schedule, and fulfill your order; coordinate the licensed local electrician under contract for the regulated electrical work on your project; communicate with you about your consultation and order; operate, secure, and improve the Site; measure and improve our advertising; and comply with law.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- With the licensed local electrician under contract for the regulated electrical work on your project, so they can schedule and complete the work. The electrician acts as a service provider for that purpose.
- With service providers that support us (for example our CRM and booking platform, hosting, communications, and payment processing), who may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 2, subject to their own policies.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
- In a business transfer, if the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Communications and consent
By providing your phone number and submitting our form, you give your prior express written consent to receive calls and text messages from Infinity Smart Living and the licensed local electrician under contract for your project, at the number you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, autodialers, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/MMS, about your inquiry, scheduling, packages, and services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. 6. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for unauthorized access, use, or disclosure that occurs despite reasonable safeguards.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The version posted on the Site is the version in effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
