Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SimpleSafe Technologies LLC, doing business as Infinity Smart Living ("Infinity," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information through infinitysmartliving.com (the "Site") and in the course of providing our services. It applies to the Site and to information you give us when you request a consultation or place an order.
1. Who we are
Infinity plans Amazon Alexa smart-home technology for homeowners in South Florida. Infinity provides smart-home technology consultation, an illustrative room-by-room smart-home concept, candidate product recommendations, separately priced equipment where offered, and non-regulated device and app configuration. Infinity is not a licensed contractor and does not offer or contract for regulated work. This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and in the course of providing those services.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, home address or service location, details about your home, and anything you include in a form, call, or message.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Advertising and measurement data: identifiers and event data collected through Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads conversion tag, used to measure and improve our campaigns. We do not deploy a Meta pixel.
- Submission and attribution data: a submission identifier, the page the form was submitted from, the first page of your visit, the referring site, and advertising click and campaign parameters (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid).
- Consent evidence: for each optional checkbox, whether you selected it, the exact wording shown to you, the disclosure version, and the time you selected it.
3. How we use information
We use information to: respond to your consultation request and prepare your room-by-room smart-home concept; price, sell, and fulfill the products and technology services Infinity itself offers; communicate with you about your consultation and order; operate, secure, and improve the Site; measure and improve our advertising; and comply with law.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Not with contractors. During this interim planning-only phase, Infinity does not share consultation leads or project details with independent contractors. If a contractor-introduction program is introduced later, Infinity will update this Policy and obtain any required recipient-specific authorization before sharing information. No previously collected lead will be shared retroactively because this Policy changed, and any materially expanded use of your information will be preceded by appropriate prospective notice and consent.
- With service providers that support us (for example our CRM and booking platform, hosting, communications, and payment processing), who may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 2, subject to their own policies. Advertising and analytics partners do not receive text message opt-in data or SMS consent.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
- In a business transfer, if the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Advertising and analytics providers do not receive SMS opt-in data or SMS consent.
5. Communications and consent
Our forms include two optional consent checkboxes: one for non-marketing text messages about consultation and quote requests, scheduling, confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer support; and one for marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Submitting a form does not by itself enroll you in text messages. You may submit the form without selecting either SMS checkbox.
SMS consent is collected only when you voluntarily check the applicable optional SMS consent box. By checking a box and providing your phone number, you give your prior express written consent to receive text messages from SimpleSafe Technologies LLC DBA Infinity Smart Living at the number you provide, for the message type you selected, including by automated technology. Consent for one message type does not create consent for the other. Checking a box is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may also opt out of marketing messages by contacting us at info@infinitysmartliving.com.
Separately from text messaging, we may contact you by phone or email in response to an inquiry you send us. Infinity does not share your details with a contractor during this interim planning-only phase. SMS opt-in data and consent apply only to SimpleSafe Technologies LLC DBA Infinity Smart Living and are never transferred to any third party, including any contractor, for that party's independent messaging. Any independent contractor you later engage has its own privacy practices, which govern what it collects from you directly. That consent is not transferable or assignable.
6. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
7. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for unauthorized access, use, or disclosure that occurs despite reasonable safeguards.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
9. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at info@infinitysmartliving.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The version posted on the Site is the version in effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
